  7. Time Data Systems has created the Timetrak and Histrak time management
  8. software program with COBOL, C and assembler applications for SCO Xenix and
  9. UNIX systems. Timetrak allows management to use time and attendance data to
  10. continuously review the employment history of the work force. This includes
  11. tracking the type of hours employees work, when they work, when absences are
  12. most common, when late arrivals/early departures most commonly occur and how
  13. the company's workload is being dispersed.
  14. Using Timetrak, companies can generate more than a thirty management reports.
  15. For example, attendance reports indicate when every employee clocks in and out
  16. each day. Time card reports provide a clear and detailed picture of what
  17. employees will be paid. Manpower analysis reports show, by employee class and
  18. cost center, how many personnel are scheduled to work. Finally, period end
  19. reports provide the actual data transmitted to payroll for check processing.
